1965 – The Who appear on Top Of The Pops

1965 – The Who play the Blue Opera R&B Club at the Cooks Ferry Inn in Edmonton

1966 – The Who play the Corn Exchange in Hertford, Hertfordshire

1966 – The injunction against Reaction releasing “Circles” or “Instant Party” is lifted and the label puts their 40,000 leftover copies in the shops

1966 – Paul Samwell-Smith tells the NME that Pete stole his guitar feedback technique from Jeff Beck when he saw his group Trident playing at the Richmond Athletic Grounds. Pete denies it.

1967 – The Who play the RKO Radio Theater in New York

1976 – The Who play the Center Coliseum in Seattle, Washington

1986 – Roger appears on Howard Stern’s radio show broadcast from London.

1986 – Roger calls in to the Mary Turner Interview Show, a Washington, D.C. radio program.

1992 – John performs on the 40th Anniversary of American Bandstand TV special.

1995 – Billboard reports that EMI has closed the Townhouse 3 Studio in London. It had been operating as a studio since The Who set it up under the name Ramport Studios for the recording of Quadrophenia

1996 – The John Entwistle Band play Bourbon Street in Montreal, Canada

2003 – Who’s Next Deluxe Edition is released in the U.S. Disc two features the largest yet collection of live recordings from the Young Vic in London April 26, 1971

2004 – The Who play the London Forum in Kentish Town, London

2006 – Roger is interviewed about the new Who album in Billboard: “[Pete] doesn’t need to write another song. God almighty, all that music out of one head. But he seems driven at the moment, which is great because I’ve always felt that he was the kind of writer who would write his best stuff at the age he is now. His skills have caught up with his intellect.”

2007 – The Who play the Ford Amphitheatre in Tampa, Florida

2012 – Roger makes a cameo of a few seconds as an elaborately made-up hookah=smoking caterpillar on ABC-TV’s Once Upon a Time. His sole line is to say “Who Are You? Who? Who?”
